Founded in December 2020 by Camille Santiago, SugarScoop began during the challenges of the pandemic and has since grown into a beloved chocolate brand with branches in Makati and Antipolo. Our passion is crafting fresh, high-quality, and creatively designed chocolates that bring joy to every occasion—from chocolate stirrers and chocolate bombs to our signature smash boxes. Each product is carefully prepared with fresh ingredients and unique seasonal designs, making every bite special.

Welcome to SugarScoop! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About SugarScoop

SugarScoop is a chocolate business that offers a variety of chocolate products, including stirrers and chocolate bars. We cater to both small and large orders.

2. Orders and Down Payment

  • All orders require a 50% down payment to confirm.
  • Orders will only be processed once the down payment is received.
  • The remaining balance must be paid upon pickup or before delivery.

3. Pre-orders and Lead Time

  • We offer same-day delivery for stirrers and chocolate bars (depending on stock availability).
  • For large or event orders, please allow 2–3 days for preparation and processing.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Strictly no cancellations once the order is confirmed.
  • Down payments are non-refundable, even if you cancel your order.
  • Changes in orders must be requested immediately and are subject to approval depending on production status.

5. Delivery and Pickup

  • Delivery fees may apply depending on your location.
  • Delivery fees are always shouldered by the customer.
  • SugarScoop is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, or courier issues).

6. Product Quality

  • All our chocolates are made fresh with high-quality ingredients.
  • Please handle and store products properly after receiving them. SugarScoop will not be held liable for damages caused by improper storage or handling after delivery or pickup.
